The original HTML and CSS for this site came from a beautiful former blog by book designer Rebecca Gimênez, though I've warped it perhaps beyond recognition. A very tidy piece of JavaScript (for the expanding nested lists) came from Karl Nelson, and then was similarly abused. The rest of it, including all the mistakes, is mine alone.
